Won't Take Nothing But A Memory

Ask me anything   Me

My name is Cody and I'm 21 years old. I'm obsessed with Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Kesha, and Lana Del Rey. That's mostly what is featured on my blog, but you'll also find guys with tattoos and a lot of pictures that come straight from my Instagram (follow if you wish: @codsterr). I also like to hashtag on pictures, in convos, and in real life. I'm basically a white girl: classy but ratchet. I'm very comfortable with myself, and I'm extremely outgoing. I get along with almost anyone unless they give me a reason not too. Currently, I work part-time for JCPenney Portrait studio as a photographer and team member and full-time as a coordinator at Homegoods. I'm taken by an incredible boyfriend who I'm blessed to have in my life everyday. We've been together for 2.5 years and at this point, even though we've had many ups and downs through our relationship, he's the one I know I'm supposed to be with. :) We've been living together for almost 1.5 years, which has taught me more about myself, him, and living together as one unit. In my free time, I like to spend it with friends and family, even though that time is rare since I'm usually fairly busy. Working out, eating relatively healthy, and reading also occupy my time. I also like to drink and party like any other normal college student. Feel free to follow me and message me if you want to talk or get to know me! :)

do you ever walk to the beat of your music in public and you think you look really cool but you probably just look like a dumbass

I actually think this was pretty responsible. Rather than banning it outright, which would result in kids wanting to rebel even more, she offers it in her home where she can control the amount people drink. Good on ya, Mrs George. You’re a cool mom.

She also offered her daughter a condom when she was hooking up with a guy instead of freaking out and kicking the guy out of the house.

It’s kinda funny how she is simultaneously an out-there parent, yet not a bad one. She might actually understand that her daughter is a anger-ridden teenager who can’t be easily controlled and restricted, so instead of telling her what she can’t do, she tries to guide her to a safer decision. I’m not saying I’m 100% cool with how she executes it, but hey, not a bad parent when you think about it.

next up on tumblr: psychoanalysing the mean girls mother.
